Searching for a new land to Welcome Culture and Truth

After ten full time years and by this act, I assume to totally stop my artistic skills in France. I kept very good connections just in further cases for the day they shall invest their own french culture. 

I am now searching for a place abroad that gives me an address and an official number for saling my Art and for receiving mails in a box able to be redirected anywhere I may live in the world.
